Do you feel chronically overwhelmed, unhappy, or unsure of yourself and you’re not quite sure why? Are you processing a significant loss or change in life and working through what it means to you? I focus on providing a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental, trauma-informed, compassionate, ND-affirming space to support you in making connections, processing trauma and grief, developing new coping strategies, setting healthy boundaries, building secure attachments, adapting to change, and living confidently in line with your personal values.
I have specialized training and supervision as well as lived experience with ADHD and LGBTQIA+ issues. I cannot diagnose, but I do provide guidance through the assessment process, psychoeducation, and ADHD-affirming therapy, which often includes processing developmental trauma (CPTSD, “BPD”) and secondary or comorbid diagnoses (MDD, GAD, autism, etc.)
Life as an undiagnosed neurodivergent is typically very difficult and confusing, and there is both grief and relief in diagnosis. It takes great strength, determination, and bravery to reach out for support. It would be my great honour and privilege to walk with you on this journey through unlearning internalized ableism to accepting your authentic self.
